MY FOOD BLOG.

As my friends would often tell me: more xx, more fun...
Fill in the word that would best suit you. It can be more photos, more fun to some. Or more boys, more fun to none.
For me, it's more blogs, more fun...
After so many months of continuous nagging, prodding and begging. I give in to my mom's wish of making a food blog and start trying (not! hahah!) to love cooking like her.
This is my new blog. My food blog. You can visit me here: food and everything else in between. You can also add me up in your blogrolls and links.
Let's cook and eat together as I see you all there!

loving you is like food to my soul...

To the very best mother in law in the world. Someone who loves her son in law more than her very own daughter (but I digress. I still tell everyone she loves me more because I came from her womb LOL)

And the perfect mommy and lola, Happy --th birthday. You don't look your age believe me. You can even pass as my older sister (that's an additional $100 for me hehehe!).

Seriously mom, thanks for believing in my ability to be a good wife, mother and homemaker. And thank you for your selflessness. Your generosity is beyond words and no amount of "thank yous" can be enough for all the things you have done for me and my family. Everyday I pray for your continued good health and an easy life for you and dad. I will see you soon, mom. I love you so much!

after party

Today is the second day of 2009. We spent our first day just resting, cuddling in bed and partying in the later part of the day. Part of partying are left over food and what better way to get rid of insects and moth that dwell in the food are pantry moth trap. I got this idea from my mom whose OC-ness is really up to the next level. She wants everything in order, and all things especially the kitchen to be spic and span. She got me and my brother a piece each and will be shipping them to us in a few weeks time. Thank heavens for OC moms, at least I am enlightened with what I need to do with my house!

Denver Plastic Surgery

One of the very few persons I am having a hard time giving a gift to is my mother. She has almost everything that she wants that any material thing does not catch her fancy that much anymore. Not that she's picky. To me, she's just got very simple taste that giving her expensive, impractical gifts would instead make her frown. For her 70th birthday on January 6, I plan to surprise her with something that will leave a mark on her womanhood. I am researching on Denver Plastic Surgery for her. As I have checked, they will take care of your face, body withtheir surgical and non surgical treatment. There's facial rejuvenation and body shaping to name a few. I wanted this to be a surprise however I realized, it would be near impossible as I need to discuss what she really wants to enhance at this point. Lucky mother. I hope she will love it!
